What Does Honoring Your Temple Look Like?

This session is based on 1 Cor 6: 19 - 20
"Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?"

In her first Conquerors session since her return to Calgary from Hungary in early 2023, Magda explores what our true motivation should be when seeking wellness - whether mental or physical.

CONQUERERS SESSIONS

Each Conquerors session can be enjoyed on its own, or combined with others to create a series or conference. The first session, A Common Sense Approach, is available for free. 
We encourage participants to gather with others rather than watching alone.

While these sessions are online and available to any individual, they’re intended to facilitate discussion, the appropriate sharing of personal experiences, and the giving and receiving of support. Open and authentic social connection is a key element of recovery and mental wellness. We encourage participants to gather with others rather than watching alone.

A COMMON-SENSE APPROACH TO MENTAL WELLNESS

This session looks at the underlying factors contributing to depression and anxiety. Starting with insights into why faith must be the foundation, Magda then continues with a description of the elements of lifestyle proven by research to powerfully influence the brain. She elaborates with practical tips to guide you in getting started on your mental wellness recovery journey.
